ABSTRACT

Sodium arsenite along with drinking water was provided to experimental male albino mice group aged between 50-60 days, weighing 28±3 g at 0.4 ppm concentration. The control group male albino mice were given with standard diet and normal tap water and maintained under experimental conditions. The exposure of mice to sodium arsenite impaired the quality and quantity of sperms and thereby fertility. The impairment of sperm parameters could be due to decreased circulatory levels of testosterone in experimental male albino mice group.
